I recently tried using dating apps cause I been lonely and finally just said fuck it and it’s such just a demoralizing experience. I am a relatively good looking and smart but I am into stupidity niche stuff cause I spent way too much online and now I don’t like care about anything really in pop culture and just feel so disconnected from people when using the app.
Basically there are 3-4 different personality types and it just repeats with the same basic profiles and awkward or boring conversations over text, then if I go on an actual in person date it is just kinda boring and I don’t really feel any connect or anything.
