I don't think there's any point in any further meta-discussion, points have been gone over. Try and make future threads you wish to see reduced Touhou-related material with an appropriate addendum, such as "Try to post things other than Touhou/limit how much you post". Currently what you do only makes it worse. I'm sure you know what reverse psychology is.
I personally re-made the neko thread myself because I was tired of seeing it popping in and out 3 or 4 times and pretty much tossing all images posted within it.
