She already went to sleep on a full moon and left him alone. The odds of her showing up again after that many farm chapters and it being a full moon...very very low.
I don't think there has been any thing that could show she 'hates' herself. Maybe disbelief or disappointment at herself for wanting him to milk her and her liking it so much. Not hate.
