The games are great in my opinion but talking about Neptunia translations makes the average anime/game argument look like a civil hugbox. When NISA was in charge they made a few errors in the names, and were a bit more on the literal side then the localization side, but were generally fine. Then that whole thing between Idea Factory and NIS happened and IFI had to be created since they basically hate each other now.IFI does fine as well.
>>3570382Something similar happened to her in Victory/Re;Birth 3, When she got trapped in the Ultra Dimension for several years she met and made friends with that dimension's Planeptune CPU, Plutia. There was an issue where a large quantity of children were being abandoned, so that dimensions Historie came up with an idea to have the Basilicom adopt a few kids. So she helped Plutia raise 3 kids, IF,Compa, and Peashy. She raised them for several years and feels as if she is their mother and they are "hers". Peashy later got brainwashed by Anonydeath/ The Seven Sages and had her memories erased and replaced as a result, making her forget about Neptune/Plutia/the other kids and was forced to listen to Anonydeath and Rei Ryghts to fight them and attempt to kill them. Once she figured out that Peashy was Yellow Heart she refused to fight her and only tried to stop her when she was hurting innocents, she then spent several years trying to make her remember her and undo the brainwashing before finally succeeding. So it's safe to say she will try everything in her power to attempt to undo what ever caused our child to become evil and never hurt, kill, or seal them away. But she will stop them when they harm innocents.
