Urbuchi js currently working on a personal project set to air in July, so I imagine that is slowly things down a bit. Wraith Arc concludes in October, so I'd wait until then.
It's happening, but the real question is movie or season. Butcher has stated he wanted a 2 cour project, but based on the amount of time that's passed and just the massive undertaking that would involve from a guy who opted out of a season 2 for a movie, I'm personally leaning more toward movie.
