If we talk hypothetically from when she was alive it would just be a painful experience for her. Pregnancy and TB don't go well together.

Okita is True Neutral. She was part of a police force (so her job was to enforce law) and follows strict codes but at the same time her methods are pretty chaotic doing always as she pleases. She is honest so she is neutral. She is neutral on the Good-Evil axis too since she is altruist and good-natured, but killed countless people without feeling anything. She thinks that on the battlefield there are no good or evil, only cutting.
