She waited years until his return, just to realize that the monk broke his promise and was trying to run away from her by crossing a river hide on a the bell of a temple, and while she was full of anger abd hatred, she turned into a dragon and just burnt him alive along with the entire place. After she realized what she did she drown herself on that river and killed herself.
And after getting summoned as a servant she falls in love with the selfinsert mc who summons her and ends up realizing that she was never loved while keeping the regret she had on life for killing the other guy she was in love with, along with tormenting herself and thinking that she is a hideous monster because of her dragon form
