See: the recurring complaints about the flower field scene where it's pretty clear that Madoka talks about what she would feel about having to part from her family and friends under ANY and all circumstances, but then stupid people always manage come from the woodwork to say that those wouldn't be her true feelings because of the fact she didn't remember the actual circumstances in which she made her wish. IMO that's the worst of the two even if it seems to be not as widespread as the "Rebellion ending changed by $hinbo" one.
