Created by Yoshida On, a.k.a [ROMANTIC FOOL since 1995] in Spring 2004, Bikko made her debut appearance as the main heroine in a doujinshi called "Kesson Shoujo" (Deformed Girl), which unfortunately, was only a limited print, and was lost to time. (Even the author didn't have a copy).
There are other "Kesson Shoujo" doujins out there, mostly based around futanari, but copies of those aren't selling for over $680 on Suruga.
When he posted some illustrations on his website (403), during the time where image boards ruled over the internet, users loved her design enough to create their own OC. She was very popular on multiple boards including :

420chan wuvved Bikkosann enough to make her one of the main faces of their /nc/ board, along with that Yuri Stoner and the Jigglypuff that shits and pisses itself. They also made her the unofficial mascot for their now gone /smoke/ board.
After finding out about Bikko's rise in popularity, Yoshida On left a message on his website. It was translated by a gurochanon, who unfortunately didn't have the best English in the world.
