If separate threads for different girls from the same series is different enough, then I think a thread for currently-airing anime seems fine.
Let's see how it goes, if anons want to post enough to have a good thread, then maybe it'll be fine. If it doesn't get much interest, then I think it'd be fine up just use the random thread.
