Also because she's arguably not Rei at all, but that discussion belongs on /a/.
Point is, posting her is only going to cause upset and conflict and it's something we should really avoid. You can always make a 'Rei Q thread' if you really want to post her, but I doubt you'd get much there given how unpopular she seems to be.
