if you make a post without an image when using sage then it does not bump the thread. whether you choose to believe it or not thats what happens nowadays when using sage.
besides by posting an image you're contributing to the thread and sage isn't needed. its only needed when solely posting text is it needed as this isn't /a/ and people come here for cute images.
