Misaki regrets letting herself get caught up in past memories, and letting her desire to get back what she had lost, even when she knows it's an impossibility, cloud her better judgement. She knows the Touma she sees is a fake, but she's so desperate to have a Touma that remembers her, that she ends up using Mental Out on almost everyone in the castle, lets the fake Touma easily manipulate her, causes Index and and AAA equipped Mikoto to fight each other, and nearly gets herself killed by getting shot with stray fire.
It's still not in the sense of something that happened a long time ago, but it's still something she deeply regrets. It's completely unlike Misaki to lose control like that, the whole thing was painful to read.
