I mean we only see so much of her in the show + EoE, so everyone is going to come up with their own interpretation of her beyond that, filing in the gaps of her personality or preferences as they individually view her. And so long as these personal interpretations of her don't run counter to what's set in stone from the show they're just as valid as any other.
