>>3511726That image seemed small, so I did a quick Saucenao image search and found out that this is actually supposed to be an animation from Pixiv; that image is a downscaled frame from it. I'll try and get a .webm version up when I wake up, Pixiv's ugoira system is wack and every frame has .jpg artifacts, so I'll batch-convert every frame with waifu2x to remove said artifacts, then I'll reconstruct the animation using those frames.
This reminds me, if I get the time, next thread I'm going to write up a guide on getting the best quality images from websites, and maybe also a guide on using reverse image search tools and waifu2x. I'm the type that cares a lot about image quality and I've seen a lot of sampled and artifacted images in these threads.
