First off the Chernobyl area was evacuated in the late 80's right after the disaster and that train station looks a bit too modern; also check out the sign in the background, it would have been in Cyrillic if it was even in the Soviet Union. Also I doubt the train hanger was used for transporting people, but instead used for moving goods.
