>>2251614The real question is: how much do you want to spend?
I made you a list of all official Lain merchandise, with how much each cost when I bought them a few months ago. New if reasonably priced, used if in mint condition. Shipping included. Everything came from ebay or Amazon.
If you are importing, buy expedited (EMS) shipping if you can. It will require a signature, but you get a tracking number and it takes about 2 weeks compared to standard post which can take a month and does not provide tracking.

I believe the most complete version you can buy is the 2012 release "Serial Experiments Lain: Complete Series" which you can get as low as $35. It comes with a paperback art book and the Blu-Ray Restoration Booklet.
Altogether it would cost ~$900 to buy everything... but you can't put a price on love, can you?
