The man is clearly dedicated to drawing a great amount each week. But when the quality doesn't improve then it must mean that they are not trying to improve. And when they are not trying to improve then I doubt the reasons for their drawing in the first place. It seems like their mindset may be quantity over quality.

I have a hard time getting to start the things that I like because I hate it when it's over. Especially so with this anime as I have splendidly forgotten everything.
On the topic of "native creativity", and this is all the more embarrassing after criticizing someone who's clearly better than me, here's a rough image I drew recently. I think I'm aware of my most glaring issues but I'll accept any constructive criticism you can give. The headphones are there because I drew it as part of a set of 4 other images so although she's bad with technology it makes sense in context of those other images.
