I'd suggest Lily or Emi's, although I haven't finished Emi's route yet.
I've found Lily to be my favorite, with Rin in second, just based on her personality and mannerisms. I also found Shizune became a lot more sympathetic and relatable as her arc went on and I learned more about her and what she had to go through growing up. I don't blame Lily's side for moving to Scotland to get away from her dad though.
