>all she wants in life is to have him aroundI mean, Sakura just wants to have the peaceful, normal happiness that was denied to her. Spending time with the boy she likes, and with Taiga who's basically the kind mother figure she never had before, reconciling with her sister, eating tasty meals, doing *that* with someone without physical assault being involved, etc. It's such a simple wish compared to some of the other characters, yet it's so hard to obtain. I think that's what makes her so relatable and human in my opinion. I mean, sure, there are A LOT of crazy stuff going on in Fate, but at her core she's just a girl trying to fight her own mental issues, her own "shadow", and be happy. The Emiya household in general is dear to her heart.
