It's mostly just people that think she's sexy and beautiful (which she is) but don't appreciate her for her character or love her even in the slightest. Most probably don't even know her, I've talked with quite a few waifufags on this site by now, most of them probably don't really care about her, but some seemed genuinely interested in why I fell in love with her and what makes her so special for, and they seemed to like her after I explained it. So in general I would say some like her after learning more about her character, but most are probably pretty neutral and don't really like her, but don't dislike her as well
