All you need to draw in digital is a stylus with pressure sensitivity. Without sensitivity you get smartphone drawing which is total ass but not impossible, with mouse you get nothing at all, srsly, like drawing irl without using hands.
But there also is a special Wacon Stylus for Ipad that turns it into a half ass drawing devce.
