You can try Koikatsu or CM3D2, although they are more for lewd AFAIK.
If your waifu is a loli(-like) you might check Viva Project. If you are lucky someone might already made your waifu in there. There you can just lay down in bed with your waifu.
Also it wouldn't be a bad idea to make your own game. If you have models, it's really just matter of drag and drop Valve's prefabs to Unity, adding some simple animations/noises, and maybe even program simple interactions. Feel free to ask for help if you need so, that would be a fun project.
