Yui is irrelevant, as they can't merchandise her. They are whoring the hell out of Q as she's the only Rei-type available at the moment. But they are still using Rei 2 as well. I seriously doubt they are aware of how badly Q Rei would be taken otherwise they wouldn't have wasted money on merch.
They tried to make a kuudere like Inori from Guilty Crown(they are really similar), but both are really crappy compared to regular Rei. Hell there might even be ANOTHER Rei in 4. There were several in Anima, and in the original 3.0 preview, which Rebuild takes ideas from. Either way, it's gonna be awkward and probably bad.
The one guy who wants to insist Q and 2 are the same person gots to go or at least come to terms with it being wrong though.
