Since Pixiv is basically Japanese DeviantArt, it's where most Koume art is coming from. It's also pretty easy to make an account even if you don't know Japanese. Danbooru/Gelbooru collect what's posted on a bunch of sites (not all of it though, since users do the submitting) including others that I didn't mention. Pixiv or Gelbooru are probably your best options. Gelbooru, if you really can't figure out Pixiv somehow.
Also, there are ways to get around all the lewd pictures on those sites, in case you don't want to see that or something.
