>I can't remember any instance in Eva where one soul is divisible and capable of bi-location. Actually in Eva there are both cases in which a soul is divisible and cases in which it is capable of bilocation.
Unfortunately, the example of the first case will probably cost me to be misunderstood by the less acute in here and certainly the disjointed babble of the worst of them. But returning to the point, the example of a divisible soul in Eva is ... Asuka's mom: after the contact experiment of the 02, the maternal part of her soul is sealed within the Eva. Not much is explained about how a soul can be split into several parts, let's just note that in the World of Eve it can happen.
The example of a soul capable of bilocation, on the other hand, is Rei herself: in EoE we see several Rei on the screen at the same time transforming people into LCL. Not only that, but she is also probably capable of bi-locating over time, as can be understood from the ghost of Rei who also appears at the beginning of both the series and the rebuild.
