>>4076948> If Jimmy jumped off a bridge, would you jump off a bridge too?If people of all ages, who have either been familiar with the series, or are new, enjoy and praise the character to the point where other animation studios try to replicate the character, then something has been done correctly.
> No, I'm not going to reread F/SN to collect specific scenes as evidence. Reading it twice has been more than enough of Nasu. That explains where all these misconceptions come from at least. And no, it’s not at all close enough. It’s a comedic skit poking fun at a character.
> It is consistency. The traits Artoria portrays, and the manner in which she portrays them, are simply infeasible. The appeal to waifu tropes is surely not a coincidence, regardless of what Nasu tells us to explain away his blind swings at commercial pandering.Of which there is. The character undergoes an arc, but at no point are the foundations of the character disregarded or changed. At no point does the characters value system or personality switch (see sabers final moments with Shirou). The only notable change in the character comes stems from a pre-established set of traits directly correlating to the characters aforementioned lore. Again, they are not infeasible by any stretch of the imagination, and only a child with a severe lack of social understanding would think this way. Suggesting that someone who has killed people cannot have moments of emotional vulnerability is nonsensical, especially when this characters backstory is understood. Your claim is disproven not only by real experience, but by similar cases in different mediums as well.
> Lol. You should have this quoted to you, framed, and hang it on your wall. You clearly missed my point.
> Remember to adequately thank your parents for paying your tuition this semester lol>lolAgain, not addressing the crux of the issue. Seems like I hit the nail on the head.
