I think she would honestly be a quick learner of the language since she is smart and has plenty of help. She already (probably) speaks two languages as it is: Hylian and Sheikah, so how hard could it be? Next, it would be good to teach her some basic history of our world, people, politics and religions. She is going to need to understand these kinds of things to understand the current world. Basic history is fine for the beginning, but I hope to teach her some much more in-depth history too. Geography is another big thing to teach her. I would start out small and teach her the local area, then our country, and then the world. After she starts to grasp the basic things about our world, I would need to teach her about technological advancements and the kind of technology we have today. Sometime during all of this, I need to teach her how to interact with the average person since she really has never experienced that before either.
So as you can see, I have my work cut out for me.

But I think she got really excited, which led to overconfidence, when she thought Link and Zelda would be able to take on Ganon. That's the first time we ever see her acting irrationally. After seven excruciatingly long years, she was able to regain her waning hope and be excited for the peaceful times for her land. It's honestly really cute! But that's the only time she's ever been like that.
