But I imagine she could teach me, but it wouldn't be that useful outside of being able to speak with Sheik in her native language(s). That is a good enough reason for me to learn it, but I just wish I could use it elsewhere, you know? I would try to get her to learn English in this world so she can interact as well as she can with the world around her.

Or do you mean it is so foreign that nobody could speak it here? If it's that latter, I would hope her triforce of wisdom could act as a translator of sorts until we can both talk to each other in either language. I would work hard to learn hers and in-turn, work hard to get her to learn English. The triforce is such a useful tool, isn't it? I can use it to solve so many of our problems.
