I'd tell you that Vocaloid is a hobby of mine, my friends would tell you its an obsession. It's just so wonderful, it's really sweet and cute and I find JPOP has more thought put into it than today's pop music.
I think I have gone overboard a bit but I love it, so as long as I'm enjoying it I think that is just fine.
My Vocaloid music collection exceeds 5000 songs, 15 days worth of music. The other 2000 songs I have are all idolm@ster.
Have you seen the double feature Miku concert that happened this year at the Tokyo Dome?
That second day Mikupa, where they played Marginal, Love Ward, Hello Planet!, My Time and so many more. That was the greatest Miku concert to date, I think if I attended a concert like that I'd cry out of joy.
Also, have you listened to OSTER Project's album Cinnamon Philosophy? It is by far my favorite Vocaloid album to date. I can hook you up with a download if you'd like.
