I used to be able to do a decent amount of pull ups maybe a year ago, but one day I went too hard, though I don't really think it was that hard, not sure what happened, must have been a tendon, since I've broken fingers and healed quicker. The finger on that hand basically made it extremely painful to use for god knows how ling, maybe 6 months.
As if it wasn't bad enough being unable to try and kayak when my car was a piece of shit, but then I wasn't even physically able to either.
