But it already happened. You seem to lack the self confidence and social stability to live with it, so what can you do? Most important: NEVER start to laugh on yourself. This is a common bully-counter strategy recommended by the media, but it will make everything worse. Showing courage and speaking up against them won't help either. The best thing you can do is to ignore it the smart way. In the beginning, things will get worse because they see you don't defend yourself, but it will end eventually. It may take weeks, months or even years, but ignoring it is the best way to spend this time.
