Nice picture. I think I have seen that before but hadn't saved it. I only browsed
rei-ayanami.com once, right after I discovered it effectively frozen in time and wanted to save the images that I thought deserved preservation in case the site went offline, as so many have. Some things I was exposed to were shameful and wrong, but I have never returned to them after saving what was relevant and have tried to exorcise them from my mind as much as I can. I hope that is enough to atone.
I have the original subtitles in the form of transcripts. I have no Japanese experience but could look into it. I will also try to find any prior such list of Rei's lines to avoid double work, as I said. I'll update here in a few days.
I didn't know there were Russian subs or dubs. I'm guessing they're fanmade? I'd be interested to watch it if you could share it.
