They might have died, or stopped drawing because they thought they were unsuccessful or couldn't advance their skills, or because working life took away all their time and energy, or simply because they had the equivalent of a writer's block. This all depresses me. Sometimes there are even goodbye messages, even with google translate messing it up it hits me.
