I've watched the anime about two times and I think three times with only her scenes. Read the LN once and then again only for the parts she is in. I might revisit it with official translations coming out. I'm reading the manga as it gets translated, there I've also gone over the scenes she's in twice if you count the time I cropped the panels she is.The VN I've only read once so I might revisit it sometime soon.
I'm planning on watching the anime again around Christmas with some friends, I think that will make the parts without her less boring for me.
