They try to stick to this and expect it from everyone else. You'll never get any shit from them and they pull their weight. Thing is, they can watch you clean up the entire house and not once it will cross their mind to offer to help you. It's not that they're lazy or selfish, it just doesn't occur to them that you might appreciate the help.
