This is a massive long shot but figured I'd try. Years ago there was a Japanese twitter user who cosplayed madoka, and her shtick was she was smoking when she did. She would often post photos of her at pachinko and playing the Madomagi pachinko game. Does anyone remember this user/their old handle before they deleted their account? Cheers.
