1 - Making a
booru.org board with
https://github.com/ProximaNova/Booru-mass-uploader or some such tool [pros: loli friendly even though it claims otherwise | cons: images only, centralised (but not likely to be taken down unless tkmiz themself requests it), don't know if there's a way to stop others uploading stuff]
2 - Making a torrent [pros: loli friendly (*), decentralised thus not subject to takedown requests, all files | cons: people in gay countries like me wouldn't be comfortable seeding/downloading it if it had the flan images, sux for people don't have enough computer memory or who have gay ISPs]

Archive.org [pros: all files | cons: loli unfriendly, centralised, more likely to respond to copyright takedown requests from random fucks (but won't notice otherwise)]
4 - Just making another mega and up the flan to 4chan
Also I hope you're alright dude, I doubt the cops really care but it can still be scary to get exposed like that.
