Life fibers in KLK showed mostly as savages, which are driven with their basic instincts, but I believe that Earth is not the only planet they conqured by far and there are a lot of intelligent species like Senketsu among them. I think that life fibers could be turned on human side if only life fiber researching scientist cared about making them non-hostile toward humankind, but Ragyo did nothing but obey to them and their will, instead of using them, like a total loser from my perspective, because woman with such power could perform something like this.
