Moderation is very hit or miss on many boards not just /c/. There are plenty of times when mods don't act on reports - the amount of spam that gets left behind is annoying at times.
Again, great you've seen threads on /e/ with people who truly care for the thread content, I've seen that here as well. Feel free to like /e/ more, there no problem with that, you just let your opinions help shape your argument.
Also the wordfilters have been in place for literal ages desu senpaitachi baka, actively triggering them doesn't mean anything.
