Who I hope is still my waifu is by far my favorite female character of that series but since I'm not actively consuming her media anymore it's just muted and I go periods without really thinking about her, even when I check for art. Meanwhile I'll skim other boards like /v/, /a/, or /vp/ and see characters that make my heart skip a beat or start reading something new or playing a new game and find myself overly attached to a character in it.
