That's what I'd assume. Strike Witches is just a more familiar name. Heck, even on Pixiv the Strike Witches tag (ストライクウィッチーズ) sees a ton more activity than the World Witches tag (ワールドウィッチーズ). Gelbooru is the same way, though Danbooru managed to get with the program. I'm just going to assume the pattern continues with other aggregation sites/dumping grounds.
