B, is language as I'm sure she has her own unique language from her world, though this is never addressed in the games so who knows really. Maybe demons use magic to translate foreign tongue? And finally life expectancy for demons goes into the thousands range, while humans barely get to a hundred. Granted there have been humans that became demons so that could be an option to solve that problem.
