I imagine this can be things varying between identifying potential new clique members, clique meetings, and even if it's something as small as watching Yuri scarf down pancakes at Tokiwadai's dining hall during breakfast. After clique business is taken care of, this probably the time where Misaki attends her classes at Tokiwadai, she's only been shown to be at class only twice across all media, so yeah. After class, Misaki will spend some time at one of her favored cafe's or restaurants, enjoying some tea or perhaps a snack while mulling over what are more serious matters with her assistant, or simply by herself. Once Misaki has either resolved the situation, or has made moves to work towards doing so, she returns back to the dorms, probably sees her clique one more time before retiring to her home. Maybe a "workout", and a shower before she heads to sleep.

By this time, I've taken care of my morning routine, and have already made her breakfast that she eats with me while we watch something or another, or talk. When that's over and the dishes are done, Misaki and I probably just do our own things for the day before seeing each other in the evening, eating dinner together and spending time together until it's time to sleep.
More or less the same as above, except that Misaki wakes up a little earlier to wake up our kid(s), and make sure they're ready for school. She'd take them to school and back up until they're around 8-9 years old, then they'll be expected to be able to go to school and come back by themselves.
