Does anyone have experience with re-timing subtitles? I'm the guy that was working on ripping the Season 2 SD shorts' subtitles from the S2 DVD release so they can be applied to Moozzi2's BD raws (
https://nyaa.si/view/884335). The only other place I've found them subbed is in this old DVD rip (
https://nyaa.si/view/629414) which is about 1.5GB larger in size and less than half the quality. I've managed to get the subs converted to .srt, but the framerate on the DVD's is 29.97, whereas the BD rip is 24.97. I'm not sure what the best approach to re-syncing these is since I have no experience for myself.
I'm also doing the web next episode previews, because those are in Moozzi2's rip and they're <30 seconds long so why not?
Any help would be appreciated.
