You can juggle a large cast, but it doesn't make deep well developed characters. Not that it matters for most shows as long as the personality is good and the design is appealing.
I tend to have problems where I end up loving minor background characters or characters of the day, so I can relate to that other anon. Worst part is the zero fanart they are forever doomed to.
