It looks like she would need to pay someone a handsome sum to make this kind of outfit is what I'm saying essentially, but it's adorable regardless. There are a couple pallet swap alternative costumes, she was also given her original outfit as well, there is a 8-bit form of her, plus she was given the Kafei Mask from Majora's Mask. Now THAT is an interesting thing for her to wear, that's for sure.
I really don't feel the need to explain HW's plot in as much detail as I did for OoT, but it is important that I do so because we learn a few things about Sheik. So essentially, an evil girl named Cia, wants to collect all three triforces and take over Hyrule. Zelda (a different Zelda than the one in OoT. There are many different Zeldas and they are separate people in the Zelda timeline) summons Sheik and seals her soul away. Link and his group get surrounded by baddies and Sheik swoops in and dispatches the enemies and saves them. She introduces herself and joins them. They end up splitting up and Sheik joins with Impa. Impa is really suspicious of her. She says that nobody named "Sheik" was in her tribe. Later on, Sheik defeats a major enemy who disguised themselves as Zelda and reveals they were faking being Zelda. Then transforms back into Zelda.
What we learn from this game is that Sheik can be called upon by any user of the triforce and not just by the one who created her. She does not die when transforming back into Zelda. And she is not a dead soul brought back to life since Impa said nobody by her name ever existed.
Sheik next appeared in Super Smash Bros. 4 (SSB4). In this game, they finally decide to make her a separate character from Zelda and give her two new moves now that she has the ability to now. The bouncing fish move is her sexiest move she has, so thank you Nintendo for it's inclusion!
