So, boys, what do you like most about Rei's character?
She seems so abnormal at first, almost inhuman. When she's first introduced, she's just this creepy doll, like a ventriloquist's dummy. But as the series progresses and you get to know her better, she starts to feel more and more human, until you realize that despite being
both a clone and the vessel of Lilith's soul, she is very much human.
This is why I don't like it when fans nickname her "goddess". She's not a goddess at all; she's a person, one who has problems and worries just like you.
Other series have tried to knock off Rei, but I think we all know that they are but a pale mockery of the original, shoddy copies. Ironic when Rei herself is a
clone of Yui, don't you think?
