If you look at the covers of the past volumes, the Ojamajos are all holding up the same amount of fingers as the number of the volume. Doremi holds up one on the first, Hazuki two on the second and Aiko three on the newest. Therefore, Onpu will be holding up four fingers on the cover of the next and fourth volume.
