It's so hard to navigate a relationship with a depressed person without going into either pity party or messiah complex territory. And if both are avoided, they're liable to catasthrophizing things and pushing the other person away for whatever reason. >>3577919Never tell anyone. Nobody is going to understand you, and more often than not you'll be worse off as a result of advertising your weaknesses like that. I know that there's something wrong with me but people have always just blamed it on me being lazy, ever since I was young. Realizing that I'm just sick is ironically the only thing that has had a positive effect on my well-being.
